INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by Zibo Saluona Ceramics Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a professional manufacturer and exporter of high-quality building ceramics located in Zibo City, China.
By purchasing our products, engaging our services, or accessing our website, you ("Customer," "Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our products or services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully before placing any orders or engaging our services.

Quality Assurance
All products are manufactured under strict quality control systems and certified with:
Product Warranty
We warrant that our ceramic products will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation for a period of:
- Residential Use: 10 years from date of purchase
- Commercial Use: 5 years from date of purchase
- Industrial Use: 3 years from date of purchase

- New Customers: 100% payment before production
- Established Customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Large Orders (>$50,000): Negotiable payment schedule

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
IMPORTANT LIABILITY NOTICE
Our liability for any claims related to our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from improper installation or handling
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage from chemical exposure or abuse
- Acts of nature or force majeure events
Consequential Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits or business opportunities
- • Project delays or construction costs
- • Third-party claims or damages
- • Loss of use or rental income
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, patterns, technical specifications, and proprietary manufacturing processes used in our ceramic products are the intellectual property of Zibo Saluona Ceramics Co., Ltd. or our licensed partners.
Customer Rights
- • Use products for intended applications
- • Resell products without restriction
- • Display products in marketing materials
Restrictions
- • No reverse engineering or replication
- • No unauthorized use of our trademarks
- • No disclosure of proprietary processes
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Direct Negotiation
Attempt resolution through direct communication (30 days)
Mediation
Binding mediation through recognized commercial arbitration
Arbitration
Final arbitration in Zibo City, Shandong Province, China
